Army Reserve Approaches Realtime HVAC and O&M Optimization with Niagara

Eric McKay with PNNL with show a project with the Army Reserve on Enterprise Building Control System for Grid Optimization. Then, Stephanie Johnson with PNNL will discuss a pilot project with the Army Reserve focused on simplifying the approach towards predictive O&M by monitoring HVAC equipment performance with Niagara.                                      

The Army Reserve partnered with Pacific Northwest National Lab to find an enterprise building controls solution that would connect Army Reserve Centers together that gives the ability to monitor, command, and control of the buildings remotely. This presentation is focused on EBCSs’ evolution and where current tool development is focused on making controls logic and predictive O&M more robust and resilient.
