The Clockworks FDD Service is a tool, built on Niagara 4, that allows end users to visualize fault detection and diagnostic (FDD) information directly from the BAS user interface. The service allows users to easily add card and icon widgets to existing PX graphics that instantly add the value of FDD while staying in the context of the actual graphic user interface (GUI).
Using the Clockworks Analytics API, all the buildings, equipment, diagnostics and task information is instantly accessible in Niagara. Highly customizable widgets can be added to the graphics without taking up much real estate in the existing views. End users quickly get information about faults, tasks, avoidable costs, and more all out-of-the-box.
