SMS driver allows communication with Secomea SiteManager through LAN or RS-232 cable. The driver can send predefined SMS and email messages, custom SMS and email messages as well as read messages received by SiteManager. The driver provides a history of messages.

Question: Driver is not communicating with SiteManager through LAN!
Check correct wiring to SiteManager and JACE or PC with Tridium Supervisor 4. Check if you correctly have setup agent in SiteManager web interface according to Connection section.
Question: Driver is not communicating with SiteManager through RS-232!
Check correct wiring to SiteManager and JACE. Check if serial protocol in SiteManager web interface is set to SMS Modem and if Baud Rate, Parity, Data Bits, Stop Bits and Flow Control are same as in Serial Conf property of Site Manager Device Serial.
Software Version
Niagara-powered device with software v3.8 (AX), v4.10 (N4) or later, including Jace8000, Supervisor or their OEM versions.
Licensing Management
Driver is license limited to one device.
Requirements
- Niagara Supervisor or JACE physically connected to the SiteManager via Ethernet or RS-232
- It is assumed that the user is trained in the use of Niagara 4 and is familiar with the Secomea SiteManager.
- You must read the End User License Agreement before using this software.
