Check the wiring of your PC with Tridium Supervisor 4 to the LAN. Then, through the right-click menu, try to Reconnect to the database.
Question: Can the driver run on JACE hardware?
The SQL driver requires the installation of the appropriate JDBC connector on your Windows machine with Tridium Supervisor to ensure communication with the database. This is not possible on JACE, so this driver can only run on Tridium Supervisor.
Question: How many Niagara points can be synchronised with the external database?
It depends on several factors, mainly the complexity of the queries and the power of the database machine. We recommend checking your specific case in real terms. Feel free to ask for a trial license before making a purchase.
