Details

Expose selected Niagara building functions through HomeKit services: switches, on/off lights, outlets, fans, thermostats, ventilation, position control, water management and environmental sensors. Workbench device and point managers support primary/secondary services and supported optional characteristics. Niagara application logic supplies commands, overrides and interlocks. Encrypted sessions, controller management and retained pairings are included. This independent integration is not Apple-certified. Lightbulb control is on/off; importing HomeKit accessories is outside this release.

Frequently asked questions

Question: Which functions can I expose? A: There are 34 Workbench service choices for controls, sensors, climate, position/security and secondary services. Some require a primary service. Apple controllers may expose only a subset of characteristics. Lightbulb control is on/off.

Question: How should temperature be supplied? A: Supply Celsius to bridge properties. Convert Fahrenheit sources before linking (68 F = 20 C); Apple Home formats the value using the user's preference.

Question: Do pairings survive a station restart? A: Saved bridge identity and pairings are retained. After startup, an enabled and licensed bridge restores its listener and subscriptions.

Question: How is licensing handled? A: Activate at https://www.suphammer.net/activate using the purchase email, activation code and Niagara Host ID. Enter the key in Protected License Key. The installed license is verified locally.
