3D Room Symbol Library
Some rooms are served by several systems at once and watched more closely than the rest of the building: labs, data rooms, operating rooms and hospital isolation rooms. The 3D Room Symbol Library lets integrators show everything serving that room on one Niagara graphic instead of sending operators across several screens. Owners receive a Niagara 4 module at no extra cost.
PRICE: $2000, one-time purchase. The library is sold as a complete set and licensed to the buying company.

What's in the library
Representational isometric room pieces that snap together to build a specialized space:
• Walls and flooring
• Ductwork and room-level HVAC equipment
• Fume hoods, lab units and data center equipment
• Furniture and lighting
• Sensors and status icons
• Other miscellaneous room components
Each piece is a separable PNG, so rooms can be assembled in any layout and bound to points like any other symbol.
Where it helps
• Labs: fume hood sash positions, exhaust and room pressure on a single view
• Data rooms: racks, CRAC units and temperature sensors together
• Healthcare: isolation and operating rooms where airflow and pressure are critical
• Clean corridors and other pressure-controlled spaces
When an alarm comes in for one of these rooms, operators see every system that could be involved in the same place.
Niagara N4 module
The N4 module packages the library so it drops into Niagara alongside or in place of the existing graphics files. It is free to anyone who owns the library, and a free test module is available so teams can try it in their own station before buying.
Licensing Management: No Niagara license required. After payment, a download link for the library and N4 module is emailed. The license belongs to the purchasing company.
Requirements: Niagara 4 for the module. PNG files can also be delivered for other BAS platforms.
