BAS Floor Plans

Send Revit, AutoCAD, PDF or even paper drawings, and we return polished plans sized for your Px pages, often in under seven business days. Why floor plans matter
The floor plan is where operators spend most of their time. A clear plan lets them see temperatures and alarms across a floor at a glance, find the right zone fast, and drill into the equipment serving it. Original drawings are often outdated, cluttered with detail the operator doesn't need, or missing information entirely. We clean that up into a plan built for monitoring.
2D floor plans
Clean, scaled plans from simple room outlines to detailed layouts. A good fit for budget-sensitive projects, large buildings with many floors, and operators who prefer a schematic view.
3D floor plans
Isometric plans that show the building the way operators picture it. Details can be added to enhance the overall look and feel of the project.

Company standard
On the first project, we work with you to set a floor plan standard covering style, colors and level of detail. Every future plan matches it, so a customer's buildings look consistent no matter which technician or office handled the job.
Accepted files
.pdf, .dwg, .dxf, .rvt, .png and scanned paper drawings. Sketches and spec sheets can fill gaps.
Licensing Management: Not applicable. Delivered as image files for use in the customer's station.
Requirements: Drawings for each floor in the project, plus the template and package level to quote.
