Custom 3D Equipment Graphics
QA Graphics builds photo-realistic 3D graphics of the actual equipment on a site, ready to animate and bind to points in Niagara 4. Operators see the unit they walk past in the mechanical room, not a generic shape. We work from manufacturer submittals, CAD files or photos, and can also pull from our existing library of 3D HVAC equipment.

What we build

Ready for Niagara
Equipment renders are delivered at the right size and angle for Px pages, with separate states for animated components such as fans, pumps and dampers. They can sit inside a QA Graphics template, alongside Niagara's kit symbols, or as part of a full turnkey package.
Existing equipment library
We maintain a large library of custom 3D HVAC equipment built for past projects. Integrators can pick the pieces that match their site, which is faster and cheaper than modeling from scratch.
What to send
A PDF submittal showing both the exterior and interior of the unit. Detailed 3D CAD files such as .STEP or .IGES produce an even more accurate render.
Who uses it
Integrators who want a premium graphics package, owners upgrading graphics after project turnover, and equipment manufacturers who want their units shown accurately in the BAS.
Licensing Management: Not applicable. Delivered as image and animation files for use in the customer's station.
Requirements: Unit submittal (exterior and interior views) or 3D CAD files.
